Randy Underwood
President/Lead Technician, Removeables
Randy began his dental prosthetics career over thirty years ago in Kansas City, Missouri. His decision to buy an existing lab and turn it into something extraordinary brought him and his family of five to Joplin in 2004.
Randy is now a CDT, and attends continuing education courses regularly, including an FRS course with Dentsply as well as the Complete Contemporary Denture Course with Ivoclar Vivadent. His years of experience have also provided Randy with a wealth of knowledge regarding implant systems.
Dianne Beech
Denture setup and Smile Design
Dianne has been working as a removable prosthetics specialist for over thirty years. After her studies at The Art Institute in Kansas City, Missouri, she began work in the setup department of a local precision dental lab. Dianne has attended several courses regarding setup, and is committed to creating quality restorations.
Alyssa Gutierrez
Office Manager/ Delivery Driver/ Lab Technician
I am a mother of one kiddo and have three dogs; they keep me busy! I moved to Joplin from Oregon in September 2022 and had the pleasure of starting to work at Underwood Dental Labs in October 2022. I graduated from Lane Community College in 2018 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist until 2020 when I began homeschooling my child. I am so excited to be a part of Underwood and for this next phase of my career.
