At Underwood Dental Lab, we we do not limit ourselves to dental prosthetics. We produce several dental devices for maintaining or protecting both natural and prosthetic teeth or for treating sleep disorders. Each of these devises is produced with the same care and craftsmanship as our dental prosthetics. 

Occlusal Guards

We make occlusal guards for the maxillary and the mandibular arch, with or without clasps. Our maxillary occlusal guards can be made with either posterior or anterior guidance. We use Fricke Hi-I clear acrylic for all occlusal guards and splints. 

 

Sleep Apnea Device

Our unique anti-snore sleep apnea device is manufactured with a hard/soft vacu-formed material. A George Gauge is used to determine the vertical opening and mandibular protrusion. We are happy to provide training materials for using the George Gauge. 

 

Sport Mouth Guards

We produce sport mouth guards using ProForm mouth guard material, which is vacu-formed and available in several colors, including color combinations. We can even include jersey numbers or team mascots for sports teams. Contact us about supplying mouth guards for entire teams.

 

Bleaching Trays

Our bleaching trays are made from a 0.060 mil vacu-formed material, trimmed at the gingival margin for comfort. If necessary, these devices can be produced with a relatively short turnaround.
